By entering any festival location (workshops or parties) or engaging in any activities (social activities) you agree to these terms.

Admission

Our team, volunteers and all dancers at Blues Fever Festival Festival have a right to be in a safe and non-threatening environment. We therefore expect appropriate behaviour from all participants. If a participant engages in harassing or unsafe behaviour, the event organisers and/or the Care Team members will take any action they deem appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, issuing a warning, expelling the offender from the event and/or future events, refusing admission and/or contact with the offender. The Blues Fever Festival Festival organisers reserve the right to turn down registrations or refuse entry to any part of the event. Additionally, the organisers reserve the right to expel an already registered person from the event. In case the expulsion occurs any time up until one day before the beginning of the event, the organisers will refund the full ticket price. The refund, at any given time, does not include any other financial expenses already incurred by the participant prior to the event. In case the expulsion occurs during the event, the organisers will pay no refund for the ticket.

PRICES AND CANCELLATION FEES

You agree with all prices and cancellation fees (if you cancel until 30st September 2024 50% of your ticket price will be refunded; if you cancel until 3oth October 2024 20% of your ticket price will be refunded). After this date the will be no refund. 
Corona Cancelation: 

If Blues fever organizers had to cancel the festival due to lockdown or any other pandemic reasons, 100% of the fee will be refunded (Of course blues fever team appreciates   donation to cover the "already made costs" , if participants agree on)

RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY

All participants are attending the event at their own risk and the organizer does not take any responsibility for participants injuries or health issues that might happen during the festival.

THEFT

The organiser does not take any responsibility for participants’ belongings.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE PROGRAMME

The organiser of the Event and/or the Venue reserves the right to make alterations to the published event program (bands and venues) where reasonably necessary. We suggest to regularly check our website and facebook event page in order to be aware of potential updates.

IMAGERY

All workshops and social events are held in public spaces. Photographs and videos may be taken at these occasions and Vienna Sugar Blues Festival may publish such photographs or videos without additional express consent of the participants. Vienna Sugar Blues will not use such photographs or videos for purposes other than documenting or promoting the activities of the organisation. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your image being taken at one of our events, please contact us in advance.

TICKET EXCHANGE AND RESALE POLICY

Until 30st August 2023: Blues Fever registration team will manage ticket swaps. Only after this deadline we will allow ticket holders to give their tickets to another person of their choice with prior notification of the Blues Fever Team. if due to circumstances beyond your control you are no longer able to attend the event, you can sell on your ticket and its reserved rights to another person. In case of a ticket exchange, please make sure to inform us as soon as possible via email. The ticket exchange is only valid, if your name, the new ticket holder’s first and last name and email address are provided.
